What a wonderful story! I have just “updated” myself by reading all of your entries and I have been so touched. This one especially warmed my heart because I think this is a fear all new mommies have. I know I dread the first diaper change on a newborn. I can’t imagine how difficult it was for you to be so close to Brady Faith and yet not be able to pick her up and comfort her.

When I’ve shared y’alls story with friends and co-workers, the very first thing I say to them is that both Nikkie’s and Erik’s faith in God is remarkable. I know that He chose you two to be parents for Brady because y’all will do exactly what He asks of you and will follow Him every step of Brady’s battle and beyond. You are going to go through times of wondering if you are doing the right thing and question if you’re a good mom and dad, now and many years from now, just know that you are both wonderful parents because you are bringing Brady Faith up in a loving, good, Christian home.

I love you and cannot wait to see Brady in your arms…where she belongs.

Hey Nikkie and Erik! I just wanted to say how proud I am of you! I don’t know what I would have done if Lily had come into the world this early. You two are truly blessed to have each other and this precious little girl. Believe me she will be the joy of your life, even in her terrible two, as Lily is! May God continue to bless you; Brady will come out of this. I just know there was a reason she came this early; just look at her quick progression! This site is wonderful! We love ya!

Eric & Nikki –

What a testimony of ‘Faith’ the two of you are to those of us who personally know you and to those who are beginning to know you through this website. I thank God that you have His saving knowledge and His grace. Brady Faith is such a loved child of God and of all of us in your Rothwell Family.

May God continue to help your (our) Brady Faith grow and become stronger each day. As she grows in strength, so the rest of us grow ’spiritually’ in strength as we pray for all of you and watch the Hand of God at work in Brady Faith’s life.

Thank you for your witness to all of us as you are steadfast in your love and knowledge of our Lord and Savior and all that He is doing in your life and the life of your baby girl.

Hey,
so glad to hear that everything is going so well. Me and my fellow camp staff members have been praying for her a lot. The Nature specialist here at camp was a 12 week premature baby, so I’ve been sharing Brady’s updates with her.
Brady Faith is a beautiful little girl!

I am so glad to hear that she is doing so well and I love being able to keep up with her progress on here. The pictures are just amazing to see her that small and doing so wonderful. We will keep her in our prayers and let us know if you need anything.

I asked about her today and they said she is doing well. She is on room air which I thought was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! I was hoping to see you today, maybe tomorrow! I am so glad she is doing so well.

Nikki I wanted you to know that I am praying for you and your family everyday. I am glad to hear that she is doing well. She really is a gift from God and I am so proud of you two in being as strong as you are. GOD BLESS YOUR LITTLE ANGEL and remember that God is there with her, and is going to heal her. Nikki and Erik My whole family has been tracking Brady Faiths progress daily. All of you have been in our thoughts and prayer since you mom told us about little Brady Faith arriving. We can wait to meet her face to face.
